In addition to building community and thinking creatively about marketing, we’re passionate about reworking processes that are hurting a business. Justin coordinated the photography of Gensler’s finished projects. Be reprioritizing efforts and budgets, Justin developed a new process that would save $22,000+ in the first year. But what good does a set of images do you if the project teams don’t know they exist? Their region is 400+ people strong and had been photographing anywhere from 4-8 projects a month. That means that any given project team may only know of new photography for 1-2 projects every couple months missing out on 75-87% of the creative assets that are crucial to their marketing process. So Justin was able to create an internal quarterly publication that highlighted new photography while showcasing some of their talent in an entertaining way at the back to pull the reader through. Justin and his team completed four issues after winning a Design Innovation award and having the publication sit at the table with their board of directors.
