Anything can happen in golf. You can plan for social media all you want but it will fall flat if you’re not ready to react.

Bettinardi has both a strong community of customers with a talented group of professional players on their staff. They had no plan in place for social media in the event one of their players won a tournament (or did anything else worthy of sharing).

Our strategy work provided a framework for Bettinardi to both increase evergreen engagement and community while quickly responding to real-time events that their players are participating in.
